Eligibility

If you:

  • Live in Rochdale
  • Have mental health issues
  • Are able to live independently but require some housing supprot with cooking, budgeting, development of social skills, or the supervision and monitoring of your health and well being
  • Are aged over 19
  • Have a CPN, social worker, probation office, care coordinator or similar, and you're
  • In receipt of DLA
